Major overhaul of an existing 1970’s building that took up a city block between Milwaukee street and St Paul street on 3rd avenue in Cherry Creek. Powers was tasked with cutting a 2 foot clear 3 story structural incision in the middle of the existing building for the eastern half of the structure to be demolished for a future parking garage.

Tenant improvement for relocated Mariels Bridal in the Cherry Creek Square renovation project. Included full build out of new store with custom clothes rack, new ADA bathroom and kitchen, 2 sided fireplace, mannequin display at storefront, upgrade to fire suppression and alarm system, and custom Lighting control Wi-Fi handheld control system.

Tenant improvements to a 3,432 SF jazz and supper club in the Denver River North (RiNo) art district. Custom features include exposed brick walls, mezzanine level dining and a curved wall that forms the lower level bar top. This is a modern day jazz and supper club that pays tribute to the 1940s era.

Core and shell tenant improvements for 3,800 square foot established local Thai restaurant. Includes custom designed kitchen. Open bar and dinging area with exposed industrial ceiling.
